Return Policy


Simply return the package and the packing slip that arrived with your order and enclose it (along with any related correspondence).  Repack items in the original container, if possible. Return items via insured regular mail or regular ground UPS or FedEx.  Please do not ship via expedited delivery such as Express Mail, FedEx, UPS second day or overnight delivery. We cannot accept COD returns.


Important:

If merchandise was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging and immediately notify us at 800-318-9692 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT or email us: support@gear6performance.com

NOTE:   If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser's credit card.


It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.
